Bellator 84 to Feature at Least One Knockout

It’s not every day that this site devotes much space to mixed martial arts. Then again, it’s not every day that Loop Rock Girl Shannon will be in the ring.

OK, she won’t be fighting — although she does have MMA skills. She will be a round-card girl for the Bellator 84 event Friday (Dec.14) at The Venue at Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Ind. The card features the Bellator Season 7 Lightweight Finals and a heavyweight championship fight between Rich Hale and Alexander Volkov.

Bellator 84 will be televised at 7 p.m. (Chicago time) on MTV2 and mun2. It also will be available on commercial-free HD on Epix. The preliminary undercard starting at 5:30 p.m. will be streamed on Spike.com.

If all this seems as nothing more than text to run alongside a photo of Shannon, then the editorial staff at elliottharris.com doesn’t know what to say. Well, other than you might be on to something.
