As promised, here is some more about the Chicago Luvabulls, the 25-woman dance team that performs at Chicago Bulls home games when the Chicago Bulls have home games. OK, it may have come a little later than originally planned. Then again, there have been smoother weeks for some of us.
The lovely ladies were featured Wednesday evening on Comcast SportsNet Chicago’s “The Making of the Luvabulls.”
The debut episode attracted a good crowd of Luvabulls (is there such a thing as a bad crowd of Luvabulls?) to downtown nightspot Epic for a viewing party. Some of us chronicle such events and try to think of it as work (ah, the power of the mind and rationalizing and all that).
Among the fetching females attending the viewing was co-captain Kafi, who was kind enough to take time to shoot a little video of her own with your humble correspondent after the premiere.
Accompanying today’s effort is some video from the viewing party. Also a photo of rookies Ellis, Kelley and Alyssa. The three were kind enough to take some time to chat about the first of the four 30-minutes episodes.
Also a reminder that on Thanksgiving Day there is to be a marathon featuring “The Making of the Luvabulls” on CSN. Sounds like something more to be thankful for.
And now, as promised, the video:
