Maria Kanellis — you may recall her as a WWE Diva and/or a contestant on ”Celebrity Apprentice” — has found a new role she can sink her teeth into. Namely, that of a vampire. Well, you didn’t expect her to be the Tooth Fairy, did you?
Maria also is making a wrestling comeback. Well, of sorts. She is to begin host a program after “WWE Raw” on Oct. 3. It is to air on AfterBuzzTV.com and is to stream live on Monday nights at ustream.tv.afterbuzztv.
Maria was in town recently for Wizard World Comic Con Chicago, where she was one of the celebrities on hand. She took some time to chat with the video staff at elliottharris.com (which bears a strange resemblance to the editorial staff at elliottharris.com). You can see the video if you continue scrolling down and know how to click onto a vide. Pretty sure you can do it (hey, if you’ve made it this far, your technological skills would seem more than sufficient).
Getting back to that vampire stuff (hey, ’tis the season judging by all the Halloween candy and decorations featured at stores). Maria also is the host for horror “Maria’s ‘B’ Movie Mayhem” at Codereddvd.com. For a photo gallery of Maria as a vampire (for those inclined to view that genre as not sucking — and after you see the photos, most would have to agree that they would be smitten after being bitten by Maria), you can click codereddvd.com.
One of these days, your humble wordsmith will figure out how to post multiple photos. A word of advice: Do not hold your breath. This could take a bit of time. Fortunately for vampires, eternal existence tends to render meaningless the concept of time. For the rest of us, time — and managing it — can be slightly more challenging. The medical staff doesn’t want breathing to become challenging. So rather than holding your break in anticipation of someone around here properly posting photos, why not simply wait to be informed that we have reached that level of competence. Pretty sure it will come this century. Or before the Chicago Cubs win their next World Series — whichever is sooner.
