As promised, here is an afternoon edition. Sorry, no additional Chicago Luvabulls video from Thursday night’s game. Check out previous posts on this site. Also no Matadors videos here. Still trying to figure out whether to be sorry about that or not (just kidding, big guys).
Let the record show the Bulls, who open the NBA playoffs with a Saturday noon game at home against the Philadelphia 76ers, are 7-0 this season when the Matadors perform. And they will be performing Saturday at the game. The Bulls are 24-1 in the last three seasons when the Matadors dance during the regular season.
As the Bulls are about to begin their quest for a seventh NBA title, the first six championship trophies will be on display Friday (April 27) at Dick’s Sporting Goods store in Orland Park, Ill. from 7-8 p.m. Fans will be able to look at the trophies from 1991-93 and ’96-98 and pose with them. Also part of the event will be Bulls personalities Bill Wennington, Sidney Green, Bob Love and members of the Luvabulls (not necessarily listed in order of importance to some of us; sorry, guys).
As a consolation prize for those who were hoping for some Luvabulls video (even though none was promised), if the computer-technology department at elliottharris.com is working at peak efficiency (all right, it never does that, but if it is functioning close to adequately), you should be able to see Luvabulls member Tina by clicking here.
Some video from the locker room after the Bulls’ regular-season finale Thursday:
Also, as promised, here is something from the recent C2E2 (Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo) that was held at McCormick Place and featured a variety of interesting individuals. Today we have Tony and Rosa De Leon of Fantum Breed Entertainment.
It’s always interesting to see people who have a vision and how they hope to turn their dreams into realities — even in the world of fantasy, something that C2E2 is all about.
